Privacy Policy for Lumina Blocks

Lumina Game Studio ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Lumina Blocks (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion of their account and associated data.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: information provided through Google Sign-In, such as an account identifier and, where provided by Google, your name and email address.
Player information: a unique in-game Player ID and profile information associated with your game account.
Game progress and scores: XP, level/progression information, Classic and Zen scores and best scores, Time Attack information, selected themes, and other saved game-progress information.
Technical information: information that may be processed by Google/Firebase services to provide authentication, secure storage, and app functionality.

2. How We Use Information

Authenticate users and keep game accounts secure.
Create and maintain player profiles and Player IDs.
Save and restore game progress, XP, levels, scores, and other game data.
Provide profile and game features.
Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
Respond to privacy, support, and account-deletion requests.

3. Services and Data Sharing

Lumina Blocks uses Google/Firebase services for functions such as authentication and cloud data storage. Information may be processed by Google/Firebase as a service provider to provide these functions. We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share personal information with advertisers for advertising purposes in the current version of Lumina Blocks.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the App. Data transmitted to supported Google/Firebase services is handled using the security mechanisms provided by those services, including encryption in transit where supported.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and game data for as long as it is needed to provide the App's account and game functionality, unless you request deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Lumina Blocks account and associated personal and game data by contacting us at luminablocks.game@gmail.com with the subject line "Lumina Blocks Account Deletion Request".

We will verify the request as reasonably necessary and delete or anonymize associated data that we are not required to retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate purposes. Some data may need to be retained where required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Lumina Blocks is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services, including Google and Firebase, to provide authentication and cloud functionality. Those services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, its data practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be posted at this same URL with a revised effective date.
